First Aid Workshop by Dr. Panat and MIT Hospital Research Team 2018-19

Dr. Mangesh Panat initiated and introduced the event with the help of Dr. Anand Nikalje and his Team of Doctors from MIT hospital and research institute.
According to a research seven out of 10 pupils wouldn’t know what to do if someone they knew was hurt.
For the said reason a Practical and interactive First Aid Training on Wound, Asthma, Choking, Snake Bites, severe bleeding etc. along with a special training on CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) was held in Tender Care Home to make classrooms, halls, and common areas in school and elsewhere , safer with a well-trained response to health emergencies.

In her address Principal Mrs. Sheetal Kekre quoted that 'Every young person should have the chance to learn vital life saving skills' and this training provided tender carians knowledge and confidence to be the difference between a life lost and a life saved.
